The LS300-A flow velocity and flow measurement instrument (referred to as the portable flow velocity meter) is specially developed for hydrological stations, factories and mines, environmental monitoring stations, agricultural drainage and irrigation, hydrogeological surveys and other departments to measure open channel flow velocity and flow in the field.

 

Main purpose and scope of application:

The LS300-A flow velocity and flow rate measuring instrument, as the main supporting product of traditional rotary flow velocity instruments, is used to receive signals generated by the flow velocity meter during a given period, and automatically calculate the average flow velocity, flow rate, expandable function for measuring water level, and calculation of regular cross-sectional area during that period. The LS300-A flow rate measuring instrument is mainly suitable for receiving signals generated by various reed tube flow rate meters, contact wire rotor flow rate meters, fiber optic flow rate meters, Hall type flow rate meters, and has storage and communication functions.

*Flow velocity calculation formula: V=A * (K * N/T+C), where V is the flow velocity (unit: cm/s);

*A is the flow rate scale (can be set to 1 if not needed); K. C is the calibration coefficient of the flow rate rotary plasma sensor; T is the set sampling time (in seconds); N is the rotational speed of the sensor during the sampling time (for single lens reflex surface spinning, if for dual reflective surface spinning, N should be divided by 2 to obtain the rotational speed of the sensor during the sampling time).

*The flow velocity measurement is designed as a three time average, which means automatic continuous measurement for three times, and sequentially displays, calculates, and stores N1, V1, N2, V2, N3, V3, and the average flow velocity V.
